DANIEL A. WEATHERHOLT, ESQ.

Daniel is an avid student of defense-side litigation, getting his start in the criminal arena as a Public Defender before moving into personal injury protection, defending auto insurers. From indigent criminal defendants to insurance companies; a good defense starts with excellent preparation. He defends health care professionals and organizations in medical malpractice claims, focusing on pre-litigation preparation and strategy.

While in law school, Daniel served as the Notes and Comments Editor for the Tulsa Law Review and helped oversee the Journal’s writing program for its associate editors. In his free time Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and exploring the Detroit food scene together, throwing tennis balls for their dog, Gryffin, and cooking.
